GENERAL INFORMATION
We promise to give the best we can for you to be satisfied with the products we sell. We promise as well neither to sell nor to give any of your personal information/data to a third party. Yet we are a Death Metal Band and not lawyers. So please don't fool us if the information below shouldn't correspond fully to any existing law anywhere on this planet!
AGREEMENT
By purchasing from our shop you are automatically agreeing to the Terms and Conditions as laid out below.
Our general terms and conditions count for all our shippings and services.
PAYMENT/PRICES
All our prices are listed in Swiss Francs (CHF). We only accept Paypal or credit card via Paypal. If Paypal is no option for you, feel free to write us an e-mail to info(at)mnemocide(dot)com and we'll find another solution.
MINUMUM ORDER
There is no minimum order value.
PRODUCTS
We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors, features, specifications, and details of the products we sell. However, your electronic display may not accurately reflect the actual colors and details of the products.
SHIPPING
We are located in Switzerland and we ship worldwide. What you pay for shipping is in general what we pay as well (packaging material not included). Please feel free to visit https://www.post.ch if you want to know more about it.
We want to keep those costs as low as possible - this is why we use the cheapest option. That requires some patience an trust on your part. International shippings with this option can take up to 2 weeks or even longer. And there isn't any tracking code with it.
Please take care to give us your adress exactly. We don't take any responsibility for shippings which get lost on the way to the customer due to wrong adresses, inadequate postal services etcetera.
Please note that import taxes might be raised by your local customs. We, by no means, will refund such taxes.
If you prefer a priority/signature parcel, feel free to write us an e-mail to info(at)mnemocide(dot)com and we'll arrange this for you. Of course this will increase the shipping costs.
DAMAGES, LOSS & REFUNDS
All orders are double checked before posting and will not be sent with any obvious defects. We don't take any responsibility for any damages incurred by any postal service. However - you need to inform us by e-mail to info(at)mnemocide(dot)com immediately for any complaints, hidden defects or incomplete shippings. We will then try to find a solution with you.
RETURNS
There is no general return option.
Get in touch with us by e-mail to info(at)mnemocide(dot)com if you got a special/good reason for a return. We'll then check that out.
PRIVACY POLICY - automatic collection of information
When you visit a Website servers automatically record information that your browser sends.
